Bitcoin price corrected from the USD 13,250 zone, but it remained well bid above the USD 12,650 level. BTC is currently rising (13:00 UTC) and it might continue to rise above USD 13,000 and USD 13,100. The main hurdle on the upside is near USD 13,250, followed by USD 13,400.
After bitcoin rally, most major altcoins started a strong upward move, including ethereum, XRP, litecoin, EOS, XLM, LINK, BNB, TRX, bitcoin cash, and ADA. ETH/USD climbed higher more than 10% and it even cleared the USD 400 resistance zone. XRP/USD is up over 5% and it is now trading above the USD 0.260 resistance.

After a sharp upward move, bitcoin price corrected lower below USD 13,000. However, BTC remained well bid above the USD 12,650 and USD 12,700 levels. The price is currently resuming its upward move and approaching the USD 13,000 resistance level. The next key resistance is near USD 13,100, above which the price might climb above USD 13,250.
If there is a fresh downside correction, the USD 12,750 and USD 12,650 levels might act as strong buy zones in the coming sessions.
Ethereum price
Ethereum price started a strong rally and broke the USD 400 resistance. ETH even spiked above the USD 410 level and tested the USD 415 level. The price is currently consolidating gains and it might accelerate higher towards USD 420 and USD 422.
If there is a downside correction, an initial support is near the USD 405 level. The main support is now forming near the USD 400 level.
Bitcoin cash, chainlink and XRP price
Bitcoin cash price extended its rise above the USD 260 and USD 265 resistance levels. BCH is up over 5% and it traded close to the USD 280 resistance. If the bulls remain in action, they might aim a break above the USD 285 resistance. The next key barrier for the bulls is near the USD 300 level.
Chainlink (LINK) followed bitcoin’s surge and it cleared the USD 11.00 resistance level. The price is gaining momentum above the USD 11.20 level and it might continue higher above USD 11.50. The next major resistance is near the USD 11.80 and USD 12.00 levels. If there is a downside correction, the price might find bids near USD 11.20 and USD 11.00.
XRP price is accelerating higher above the USD 0.255 resistance level. The price is now trading above the USD 0.260 resistance level and it could even break the USD 0.262 level. The next major stop for the bulls could be USD 0.266.
Other altcoins market today
In the past few hours, many altcoins surged over 10%, including RSR, EWT, REN, AVAX, LTC, THETA, CEL, SNX, LINK, QNT, ZEC, SUSHI, and NXM. Conversely, ABBC, FIL, and HEDG are down more than 10%.
To sum up, bitcoin price is gaining pace and it might continue higher above USD 13,000. If BTC settles above USD 13,000, there are chances of a strong upward move towards the USD 13,250 and USD 13,300 levels.
