Bittrex Global exchange is launching tokenized stocks for trading on its platform. Now, users can trade top stocks like Tesla, Apple, Netflix, and Amazon. Before Bittrex, the FTX crypto exchange also announced the introduction of tokenized stock trading on its platform. At the time of the announcement in October, FTX said that the exchange would be offering tech stocks such as Facebook, Netflix, Tesla, and Amazon.
According to a Beincrypto , Bittrex had completed KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation. For now, the exchange said that holders can not withdraw the tokenized stocks to other exchanges or wallets. Users can only buy, sell, or trade the tokenized stocks on the Bittrex exchange. The digital token will enable more people to have access to top stocks.
