The partnership between Palm NFT Studio and DC Comics is to launch the company’s collection of non-fungible tokens. Fans will have the chance to purchase NFTs featuring popular superheroes such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. Palm NFT Studio, a network of blockchain networks for culture and creativity, is DC’s partner in this initiative.
According to reports, all DC fandom members will have access to the NFTs starting October 5. A second collection class is available for those who use social media.
Jim Lee is the publisher and chief creative officer of DC Comics. He will be responsible for curating digital collectibles that include Superman and Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Harley Quinn. This initiative will allow fans to collect three covers of each character at three levels. Wonder Woman fans could collect a Common NFT (1987’s Wonder Woman #1) by George Perez, Rare NFT (2021’s Nubia and the Amazons #1), and Legendary NFT (2201’s Nubia and the Amazons #1). .
Marvel Entertainment, DC’s largest rival, is also joining the NFT bandwagon. VeVe, a digital marketplace for digital collectibles based on blockchain technology, also helped the comics company launch its own non-fungible tokens. VeVe was a partner in Marvel’s first Spiderman NFT.
